Flaky skin on tiny fingers.
Wrinkled toes like they’ve lived a whole life already.
Those little skinny legs that have yet to get their pudge, perfect imperfection.

They’re so small they curl into your chest like they never left the womb.
They smell like heaven.
And they carry a quiet kind of magic—one that slips away faster than you expect.

It’s raw. It’s emotional. It’s real.

These first days aren’t always picture-perfect…
but that’s exactly why they matter.

If I could bottle up the feeling of these early hours, I would.
But this—
this is the next best thing:
A photograph that holds onto everything you never want to forget.

Yes, I will capture the shots of that perfectly smooth skin and calm little babe, however it’s the shots that bottle up those raw first few days of life that have my heart ❤️

After my divorce, I spent years learning to be fully content on my own. I built a life I loved - one I was never willing to sacrifice for anything or anyone less than extraordinary.
I knew l’d rather be alone forever than settle. Then came along.
He has shown me what it means to be fully seen, loved, and cherished. He’s changed my life in ways I couldn’t have imagined - not by “completing” me, but by adding so much joy and depth to a life I already loved.
If you’re in the trenches right now - leaving a toxic relationship, navigating heartbreak, or learning to stand on your own two feet — I hope this reminds you: Never, ever settle.
Real love — the kind that feels safe, authentic, and true- is out there. But first, you have to choose it for yourself. I’m so thankful we get to model for my children what healthy love looks like , what true partnership means and I only pray that one day they find this kind of love for themselves and never settle.

Here’s to extraordinary love — for ourselves, my children and then for the ones worthy of joining us along the way. 🥂 ❤️
