🇧🇷 Saturday, Oct. 10 — Jazzilian
Brazilian vocalist Beatriz and Grammy-nominated guitarist Romero Lubambo bring the refined sounds of Brazilian jazz, bossa nova, and samba to the dining room. They have performed alongside musical icons including Diana Krall, Yo-Yo Ma, and Wynton Marsalis.

🎷 Friday, Oct. 9 — Fred Cavese
Classic jazz standards and beloved pop tunes come alive with Fred Cavese on tenor and soprano saxophone and vocals. A Buffalo native who performs regularly throughout Florida’s Space Coast, Fred returned to music after careers in law and 20 years of active duty in the U.S. Air Force.

In celebration of , our Executive Sous Chef Charlie Valentin-Roe shares a special we are running through Oct. 15, inspired by his Puerto Rican heritage and the vibrant flavors of Latin America. At its center is a Kurobuta Pork Chop — heritage Berkshire pork from Japan, often considered the pork equivalent of American Wagyu.
