Sciara Catering Catering and Personal Cheffing Sam Sciara has over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry.

Sam graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park in New York. After working closely with many world renowned European chefs, Sam and his family continued his family's tradition and opened the famous Cafe Max in his hometown, Memphis,TN After 13 highly successful years with Cafe Max and upon high demand by celebrities, Sam ventured into personal cheffiing in Florida, Hawaii, New

Orleans, New York, and Chicago. He, also, launched a line of salad dressings that took markets by storm. We are thrilled to have Sam returning home to Memphis to be with his family and to offer his services as caterer and personal chef. From large groups wanting to astound their guests to small intimate dinner parties in one's home, Sciara Catering modestly wishes to accomodate anyone who appreciates the love of food, family and entertaining friends.
