We catered the Volunteer Appreciation Banquet for the Vernonia Christian Church last night. It's our 3rd year catering this event and we're very grateful to Sam and Kari Hough. You're wonderful clients! We served a Caribbean/Asian menu.

Apperizers were Korean Barbecue Meatballs, and Bacon Wrapped Pineapple Bites with a Teriyaki glaze.

The main buffet featured Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Pineapple and Mango Salsa, Pork Tenderloin with a Hoisin Maple Sauce, Jamaican Red Beans and Rice, Coconut Cilantro Lime Rice, an Asian Coleslaw, and a Caribbean Mixed Greens Salad with Pineapples, Mandarin Oranges, and Red Bell Peppers, served with a Citrus Vinaigrette.

We also provided a Tropical Fruit Punch. Guests really enjoyed the food!
