We catered a retirement appetizer buffet luncheon today for the Freemason's in Forest Grove. Guests were served Korean BBQ Meatballs, Bourbon Meatballs, Roast Beef, Turkey, and Ham Pinwheels, Caprese Skewers, Muffaletta Crostini, a Fruit Platter, and Veggies with Hummus and Ranch. Guests were happy!

I catered the annual meeting for the Upper Nehalem Watershed Council at the Grange, here in Vernonia this evening. Attendees were served Antipasto Skewers, Mini Red Potato Salad Bites, Turkey and Roast Beef Finger Sandwiches, a Fruit Platter, and Assorted Cookies.

I catered a small ladies party last evening in Vernonia. Guests enjoyed an Herbed Cream Cheese Spread with baguettes, Curried Chicken Salad Finger Sandwiches, a Fresh Fruit Platter, Vegetable Platter with Ranch Dip, and an Asian Coleslaw.

It's Simply Delicious Chicken Chausser, aka Hunter's Chicken. Braised chicken legs and thighs in a white wine, tomato sauce with mushrooms, carrots, shallots, garlic, and Italian herbs served over Penne.

We catered the Volunteer Appreciation Banquet at Vernonia Christian Church Thursday evening. It was a Mexican theme. Guests enjoyed some appetizers first: Mexican Tortilla Pinwheels, Chicken Enchilada Dip, and chips and salsa. Dinner featured Beef Fajitas, Chicken A La Diabla, Spanish Rice, Pinto and Black Beans, Corn Salad and a Mexican Coleslaw. Dessert was Churro Cheesecake Squares and assorted cookies. We also provided a tropical Mango Orange punch.

I delivered food today for an outdoor reunion lunch in Keasey, outside of Vernonia. On the menu were mini wraps: turkey, with herbed cream cheese & lettuce; also a vegan wrap option, with sundried tomatoes, lentils, garbanzos, spinach and pesto. Guests also enjoyed a garden salad, fruit salad, pasta salad, and a strawberry/ rhubarb cobbler for dessert.
