We are so excited to kick off our Sunshine League T-Ball season today, Tuesday, April 7th, at the softball fields at Roy Orbison Park! ⚾️

Game Details:
• 🗓 Every Tuesday in April
• ⏰ Game time: 6:00 PM on Field 4
• 🤝 Supported by our amazing Vernon College Athletics buddies

Important for Today:
All are welcome-even if you didn't sign up , come join us!
• Team shirts will be distributed prior to game time @ 5:45
• Don’t worry if your child doesn’t have a bat or glove—we have plenty to share!

We can’t wait to see all of our athletes out on the field and celebrating together. It’s going to be a great season!

Our friends at Wonderland Children’s Museum are hosting a sensory-friendly “Meet Santa” event for our sensory needs community, and we want to make sure you know about it! 🎅✨

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the night so special, from our families and volunteers to the amazing groups who decorated trunks and created such a joyful, inclusive celebration. 🌟

Monday night immediately following the Sunshine League T-ball game, we’ll host a sensory-friendly Trunk or Treat for our special needs community!

Even if your child isn’t playing Sunshine T-ball, they’re still welcome to join in on the fun — this event is open to all sensory-sensitive children and their families! 💛

What an incredible kickoff to our Sunshine League T-Ball season at Vernon College! Our players were all smiles and full of energy as they took the field for the first game of the season.

A huge thank you to the Vernon College Softball Team for being the perfect buddies tonight! Your encouragement, high fives, and big hearts made it a night to remember! 💙

Join us tonight at 6 PM at the Vernon College Softball Field as our amazing Sunshine players hit the field for the first time this season!

Huge thanks to Coach Lipscomb for tarping the field and making sure the morning rain didn’t dampen our fun! 💛
