This dinner will be catered by and with a dessert trio plated by yours truly 😁 paired with 3 flavors of Gelato. Here is a sneak peak at one of the desserts I am working on for this dinner. Craquelin cream puffs filled with almond mascarpone cream and paired with a pear sorbet. 🤤

This set of historic 1885 stained glass windows is next up for restoration. The descending dove arch above the 5-pointed star and 10 commandment tablets.
