HUGE THANKS TO Shores & Islands Ohio!

We are super grateful to be a recipient of the 2025 Destination Development Grant!

This grant allowed us to upgrade our facility at the Vermilion Municipal Docks with 3 brand new picnic tables, 3 new durable umbrellas, and safety lattice around our Pavilion.

With their help we continue to improve our goals of providing superior customer service, improved comfort, and safety to the visitors that come through our Ports.

All of these were much needed upgrades and we are happy to have a partner that is so efficient in assisting us with our needs.

Another successful Trout Release!

20,500 Steelhead Trout were released into the Vermilion River yesterday to help stock up Lake Erie and set us up for a plentiful fishing season.

In total the ODNR plans to collectively release 450,000 Trouts for the 2025 season through multiple different rivers that all connect to Lake Erie.

South Street Launch Ramp Is Opened For Business!

Kayak Launch will be installed in April

Marinas will be opened on May 1st. We are currently accepting reservations.

Transient Rates are now $2.50/ft/night at both Waterworks Marina (Municipal Docks) and the McGarvey's Landing beginning the 2025 boating season.
