The Midnight Whistler just wants to remind you that tonight at midnight, registration fees for all categories of the Vandergrift Artfest will increase by $25. This is shaping up to be the most fantastically strange encounter of an Artfest you will ever experience. So get those registrations in tonight because why pay more?! Don't forget that on Monday, June 1 all registration fees for Artfest will increase by $25 in all categories! Take a moment this weekend to get your application in if you're hoping to participate in this year's event. We still have about 10 artisan spaces and 2 food and beverage spaces available, and then we will be full!

With our theme of Strange Encounters in the Grift for this summer's Artfest in Vandergrift, we are on the hunt for some fabulous inflatables to help spread the cryptid vibe. These would of course be in addition to the works of art provided by our artfest crew and the pallete painters. If you have any themed inflatables or other decorative items that you think would add to the festival, please message us! We would love to borrow them and we'll take care of them the best we possibly can . We hope that all of the storefronts on Grant and Columbia are thinking about how to decorate for this year's theme, too! Here are some samples borrowed from the internet!

We will be having an open Artfest Meeting on Monday, April 20th at 6:30 pm in the Vandergrift Market building located at 134 Grant Avenue. If you'd like to get involved in the planning, volunteer, or just join a fun group of people committed to bringing an amazing day of art and creativity to Vandergrift, you should come!
