What a full circle moment.
Getting the opportunity to photograph the Community Foundation of Southwest Washington’s Annual Luncheon honoring the 2025 Philanthropy Awardees was truly a dream come true. ✨

Just five years ago, I was doing my very first small commercial event for free, simply to build my portfolio. And now—here I am, capturing moments for one of the most impactful organizations in our region, one that gives so much back to our community.

Photography isn’t just a job—it’s my passion. It’s how I tell stories, preserve memories, and honor the people and movements that matter most. It’s an honor to do this work, and I’m beyond grateful for every opportunity that comes my way. 💛

It’s been a while since I’ve shared my photography work—life has been beautifully full.

I’ve been focusing on being present, spending quality time with loved ones, and taking better care of myself. But photography will always have my heart. Even when I’m not posting, just know… I’m still out here doing my thang 📸✨

One of the most rewarding parts? Seeing my work out in the world—on buses, websites, event flyers, and more. But nothing compares to capturing moments that matter, especially for my students. These golden hour prom portraits? Some of my favorites this season. 💛
