We recently did a large event at the Left Bank Annex in Portland, the Portland Public Schools Gala. Each dish was from a different ethnicity. Appetizers in the basement, dinner served family style for 250 guests on the main floor along with a buffet for 50 late arrivals in the back, and dinner buffet upstairs in the balcony for 100 kids. It was a big job planing and coordinating all of it, but we had an amazing crew of 15 that day who helped us accomplish another successful event!

A Christmas party for a cooperate client last night. We love our clients and put our heart into everything we do! We did appetizers: charcuterie, cheeses, crackers, rosemary cashews, grapes, apples, pears, quick pickled cauliflower, cucumbers and peppers, bacon wrapped dates, cream cheese filled dates, dukka with bread cubes, and warm olives with olive oil rosemary and orange peel. Dinner for 104 guests, not pictured: greens with beets, pears, fennel and a toasted fennel and orange vinaigrette; roasted butternut squash with caramelized onions; pea pods with peppers and black sesame seeds; gluten free pasta with roasted veggies and cheese; cauliflower potato mash; chicken marsala; and beef brisket in an onion, wine sauce. And of course dessert: flourless chocolate brownie bites, Eton mess with fresh berries and peppermint sprinkles, and holiday cookies by Tier. More pictures to come!
