Earlier this year, we shared a blog on our “Roadshow Warriors” and the incredible work behind these global experiences. Now, here’s a little inside scoop into what the last eight months looked like on the FY26 Microsoft AI Tour ✈️🌎

12 cities.
234,843 miles traveled.
Thousands of global speakers supported.
Countless Microsoft Hub experiences brought to life.

Along the way, our team experienced beautiful cities, unforgettable meals, new cultures, and meaningful connections with people across the globe, all while helping create experiences that brought communities together through AI and innovation.

By the end of the tour, our DE team logged enough miles to make it nearly 98% of the way to the moon 🚀

None of this would have been possible without the incredible partnership of global vendors, production teams, venue staff, and the many people across Microsoft working behind the scenes to help bring each stop of the tour to life. Huge shoutout to everyone who played a part in making this global experience such a success ❤️

They say January lasts ten years… but at DE, it felt more like ten minutes.

Our team kicked off 2026 at full speed: On the ground at events from New York to Amsterdam, setting our personal and professional SMART goals, and grounding ourselves in the intentions that will shape our year ✨

Our DE leaders also met in person to align on what’s ahead, squeeze in a little friendly NERTZ competition, and even get a snowy snowshoe in. Being together gave us the space to reset, reconnect, and gain something we all crave this time of year: clarity.

The kind of clarity that feels like wiping fog off a window… suddenly the path forward looks sharp, bright, and energizing.
