As we close out Connections of GratituDE, there’s one connection we couldn’t end the week without celebrating: the ones within our DE team 💛
Because before we can create meaningful connections with our customers, partners, and communities, we have to build them with each other.
And this summer, we really did.
We made up reasons to get together in person. Crossed paths while traveling. Cheered from the stands, escaped a few rooms, showed up on each other’s screens, gave back to our communities, laughed — a lot — and made memories in all the little moments in between.
And maybe that’s the real magic of connection at DE.
Yes, we create connections for a living but also thrive on them in our day to day.
It’s checking in. Showing up. Making room for the human behind the work. Celebrating the wins and helping carry the hard stuff. It’s knowing that wherever the next project, flight, challenge, or adventure takes us, there’s a pretty incredible network of people who are kind, respectful, and hard working in your corner. (Not to mention, we are some of the funniest people we know!)
That kind of connection changes the fibers of how we work together It gives us more trust, more empathy, more joy, and a whole lot more heart to pour into the experiences and relationships we create for others.
So we’re ending GratituDE Week where so much of it begins: with our people.
Grateful for the summer behind us, for the community we continue to build, and for all the connections still ahead.
We can’t wait to see where we go together next. 💛
