Choosing flower varieties might be one of my favorite parts of planning a new growing season, but trying to figure out which colors actually work together can get a little overwhelming…

So I did that part for you ✨

I created a handful of curated tulip packs using some of my favorite specialty varieties, each built around a different color palette:

Midnight Magic Garden is officially a licensed nursery, certified plant reseller & inspected by the Washington Department of Agriculture ✨

So many things got us to where we are today but most of all it’s been the people who have supported me along the way. The connections I’ve made on this flower journey have been the most soul fulfilling bonds of my life. The long time customers & neighbors who have been here since the beginning and farmer friends who are here to help at the drop of a hat are what makes this so worth while.

This season hasn’t been without its woes… I had a health mishap that paused sales mid season and delayed dahlia planting to mid-June through mid-July. With that delay, I lost a good portion of my planting stock. Nonetheless we powered through thanks to the help of my friends!

Some in particular *cough cough* Melissa Stewart, Specialty Cut Flower Farmer-Florist helped me plant while I was down and even helped with this inspection! Other farmers in my circle have kindly helped fill in the gaps this season as my dahlias are very behind. You all know who you are and I truly wouldn’t be here without you!

I absolutely couldn’t resist making this. I was cracking up hearing her talk about her F*** Ass Red Zinnias that pop up in her farm. Then low and behold I had one too 🤣

Honestly I love them both equally! Palette number 2 is for my Kitty Safe subscriber - so no dahlias in that one, but I still love it just as much as number 1 💕

Today is the first day of the Summer/fall CSA and I’m so ecstatic to be spoiling my subscribers again! I still have some spaces open if you’ve been thinking about joining. Some of you may have seen in my newsletter that we’re moving into a 1/4 acre of farmland next season, equipped with a hoop house as well as a seed/prop house and I’m so excited! With this move on the horizon comes a lot of work, so all CSAs and bouquet sales will be a huge help as I make this transition ♥️
