✨ You supply the food, we execute the vision. ✨

Did you know we can help turn the food or catering you select into a beautifully styled spread for your event?

For this celebration, our client supplied the food and we took care of transforming it into this full grazing experience, complete with meats and cheeses, fresh veggies, dips, sandwiches, shrimp cocktail, fresh fruit, desserts and all the little details that brought everything together.

Our Food & Catering Setup Service can be customized depending on how much, or how little, you would like us to take care of.

We can help with:

• Creating a menu that fits your event and budget
• Putting together a detailed shopping list
• Planning quantities based on your guest count
• Designing the layout and presentation
• Setting up your food or catered items
• Creating a beautiful grazing-style display
• Adding serving pieces, risers and presentation details
• Or simply taking the food you've already selected and making it look beautiful

Already have a caterer? Perfect. We can style and display their food.

Want to purchase the food yourself? We can help you plan exactly what to buy and then take care of the setup.

Already know exactly what you want? Just bring us the food and we'll execute the vision.

Packages can be created for as much or as little help as you need, making it easier to create a beautiful food display without paying for services you don't need.

Because sometimes it's not just what you serve, it's how beautifully it all comes together. 🤍

For today’s event, we also created this beautiful custom photo backdrop.

They gave us their inspiration and budget, and we created something unique and beautiful just for them, while staying within their budget. We incorporated some of the birthday girl’s favorite flowers, along with live plants to reflect her love of greenery. 🌸🌿

We love taking the little details that make someone unique and using them as inspiration to create something special just for them.

Because every celebration with us is created uniquely for you. 🥰

Booking an event venue is about more than just finding a pretty space.

There are a few important questions every host should ask before making a decision, and the answers can make a huge difference in both your budget and how smoothly your event runs.

We put together a few things we think every event planner should know before booking.

Here are a few important questions to ask:

✨ What is included in the rental price?
At our venue, we offer build-your-own packages so you can keep things simple or customize your event with additional rentals and services based on your needs.

✨ How much setup and cleanup time do I get?
Setup and cleanup are included within your rental time. Our biggest tip, allow yourself more setup time than you think you need so the day feels less stressful.

✨ Are tables and chairs included?
You are welcome to bring your own tables and chairs at no additional cost, or use ours for an added rental fee.

✨ How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on the day of the week, space rented, and the type of event. We try to offer flexible options that work with different budgets.

Save this post for later, and if you are currently planning an event, feel free to reach out with any questions. We are always happy to help.
