We are so sad we had close our doors. We had such a wonderful group of regulars. We had a difficult time getting people to understand that we had to charge admission in order to pay our bills. The lease, electric bill, employees and taxes weren't free. We offered the lowest birthday party package in Vancouver, but 80% of those that inquired wanted to pay for the $99 for 10 guest and bring 25 without paying anything additional, The Vancouver Mall is turning into a real dinosaur. The foot traffic has drastically declined. The Mall Marketing has done nothing attract customers, only getting their spaces rented. Our lease ended in May and we didn't renew it. There was no future at the Mall. We have been searching for a new location, but it's just too expensive to find a space the size that we need.
