2 Flights, 90 bagged meals each. ⚽️✈️
One of the more unique catering projects Boards and Bubbles had the opportunity to be part of:
The past two weekends B+B prepared and delivered 180 individually packaged airline meals for (2) FIFA teams traveling through Atlantic Aviation in PDX.
Every meal was carefully assembled, labeled, packed into transport bags, and delivered on a tight flight schedule—proof that charcuterie catering isn’t always grazing tables and charcuterie boards. Sometimes it’s just logistics, precision, and a whole lot of organization behind the scenes. Everything shown was exactly what was requested, even the brown paper bag. No cute charcuterie boxes on this one 😆
I wish I had captured more of this process, but these were easily the busiest two weeks I’ve ever had in business. Including a handful of Grad parties, Corporate events, a Celebration of Life, and Party Bundle orders.
Sometimes (most of the time) I have to choose staying on my timeline over creating BTS content—and that’s exactly what happened here. 🤍
