For almost 30 years, Zach's Catering has been serving up delicious meals, and now we're sharing the best of the best with you. Each week, we'll reveal one beloved dish from our Top 10 list, starting with #10 and working our way to the #1 favorite. Get ready for some serious yum!

Fun fact: Adam, a good friend from our family business, came up with this idea. We told him if he wanted free food, he needed to earn his keep, so he invented this fantastic salad. We had no idea how popular it would be!
