I was honored to cater a wedding reception for an awesome couple. Heavy apps was the request. Meal had brisket and pulled pork sliders w cheesy potatoes. A Mac and cheese bar, four flavors of smoked chicken wings and homemade kettle chips and nacho chips with homemade salsa and guacamole and a large charcuterie board.

Hammer and a Fork recently completed this four-season room and deck. The tired existing deck was removed and a bright and roomy four-season room was put in its place. The sealed and insulated floor joists and PTAC unit make the space comfortable year around. The end of the vaulted ceiling has two large eyebrow windows that add so much light to the space. A new deck was added that wraps around their hot tub giving them access from both sides. The Iowa wind was a concern so we added an eight-foot-high privacy fence that has a louvered slat system, similar to blinds, that easily opens or closes to block or allow the breeze through.
