Rock Creek Racing and Recreation ORP We will be at 2026 Rally in the Valley Friday April 17th and Saturday April 18th next month. Its our 6th year to be the BBQ food truck for the event. We love seeing all the rigs and muddy faces each and every year. Come out for the weekend. They start on Thursday and pack up on Sunday. This year we will bring out the smoker so you get a behind the scenes look this year of what goes down. Ill post my event menu soon but get excited for Competition Awarded Baby Back ribs for the first time that will be available for pre-order starting next week. Ill put out a link for that. When I started the business brisket was around $2.20 to $2.60 a pound. Im paying $5.98 a pound now. The food business has now changed.

To all of our followers- Just in the past two weeks beef prices have skyrocketed. With that being said, we will have to raise our brisket prices until the market cools off. We are able to keep pulled pork the same price so we have that going for us. Thank you for you understanding.
