When I started the business brisket was around $2.20 to $2.60 a pound. Im paying $5.98 a pound now. The food business has now changed.

To all of our followers- Just in the past two weeks beef prices have skyrocketed. With that being said, we will have to raise our brisket prices until the market cools off. We are able to keep pulled pork the same price so we have that going for us. Thank you for you understanding.
