As our event season continues to expand, we’re looking to add 2–4 Prep Assistants and 4–5 Event Staff Members to our on-call team.

🤍 PREP ASSISTANTS
This role works primarily behind the scenes helping bring events to life.

Responsibilities may include:
• Preparing ingredients and grazing elements
• Assembling charcuterie cups, boxes, and platters
• Packaging orders and event supplies
• Inventory organization and kitchen upkeep
• Loading event materials and assisting with fulfillment

Ideal candidates are:
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift supplies
• Available some weekdays and occasional weekends

🤍 EVENT STAFF
This role is client-facing and varies by event.

You may be:
• Staffing our mobile bars
• Serving ice cream, dirty soda, mocktail, dessert, or charcuterie experiences
• Assisting with grazing table setup and styling
• Bartending (not accepting bartend only applicants)
• Providing private event hospitality support such as clearing plates, replenishing stations, and guest assistance

Ideal candidates are:
• Professional and polished in appearance
• Comfortable interacting with guests
• Able to remain calm during busy event moments
• Reliable transportation required
• Comfortable representing a luxury-forward hospitality brand

✨ Pay ranges from approximately $20–25/hour for plus tips when applicable, with opportunities for event lead positions as we continue to grow.

We have a busy week ahead in the kitchen and will be working through messages over the next day or two. Please note no one will be exclusively bartending, this role is on requiring to wear many hats depending on what given events we have going on for our clients.

At this time, we are also looking to bring on 2-3 Prep + Fulfillment Assistants. This is an on-call position with prep schedules built out at the start of each week based on event volume. There is room for someone to both be a prep assistant with events also.

Our team continues to grow, and as we head into a busy season of weddings, private events, corporate activations, and luxury experiences, we’re looking to add 4-5 on-call event staff members to the Blush&Brie team.

This is not your typical serving position.

One weekend you may be assisting at a luxury mobile bar experience. The next, you could be running a dirty soda bar, ice cream bar, dessert bar, or helping create a seamless guest experience at a private event.

We’re looking for individuals who:
• Are reliable and professional
• Present themselves well
• Thrive in fast-paced environments
• Are comfortable working independently or with a team
• Want to be part of a growing luxury hospitality brand

Bartending opportunities are available for those properly licensed, but many events do not involve alcohol service.

Blush&Brie started as a luxury grazing company and has quickly evolved into a full-service event experience business serving Northwest Indiana, Chicagoland, and Southwest Michigan. We’re looking for people excited to grow alongside us.
