As our event season continues to expand, we’re looking to add 2–4 Prep Assistants and 4–5 Event Staff Members to our on-call team.

🤍 PREP ASSISTANTS
This role works primarily behind the scenes helping bring events to life.
Responsibilities may include:
• Preparing ingredients and grazing elements
• Assembling charcuterie cups, boxes, and platters
• Packaging orders and event supplies
• Inventory organization and kitchen upkeep
• Loading event materials and assisting with fulfillment
Ideal candidates are:
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift supplies
• Available some weekdays and occasional weekends
🤍 EVENT STAFF
This role is client-facing and varies by event.
You may be:
• Staffing our mobile bars
• Serving ice cream, dirty soda, mocktail, dessert, or charcuterie experiences
• Assisting with grazing table setup and styling
• Bartending (not accepting bartend only applicants)
• Providing private event hospitality support such as clearing plates, replenishing stations, and guest assistance
Ideal candidates are:
• Professional and polished in appearance
• Comfortable interacting with guests
• Able to remain calm during busy event moments
• Reliable transportation required
• Comfortable representing a luxury-forward hospitality brand
✨ Pay ranges from approximately $20–25/hour for plus tips when applicable, with opportunities for event lead positions as we continue to grow.
