Our Natalie Finnegan Hojnacki had the privilege of working one of our very favorite venues, with one of our VERY FAVORITE COUPLES! Congratulations, Natalie and Eric! What a beautiful day!

If you had told me four years ago that I would be back in Indiana, running a wedding venue, getting married, and raising a little boy, I would have thought you were absolutely crazy. But here we are. Life can send you down the right path when you don’t even realize.

To our family, friends, incredible vendors, and everyone who helped make this day happen — thank you. I know firsthand how much work goes into a wedding, but being on the other side of it was something I’ll never forget.

This guy.
I’ve been working a LOT lately… and he and my Evan are what I get to come home to. They’re my safe place, my rest. Last night Eric came to one of the biggest events I’ve done, supported me like he always does, helped me pack my truck, was waiting for me when I got home. He treasures me, makes me laugh, builds me up.
Thanks, baby, for being my safe place when I come home.

We’re officially only a few hours away from Passport to Impact: Tour of Spain! 🇪🇸✨

As we get ready to transform our Valparaiso Club into Madrid, we’re excited to showcase another one of our incredible chefs — John Seibert, along with his sidekick, Kaye Seibert! 👨‍🍳❤️

John will be serving up his award-winning Pink Stuff — or, as he likes to say in Spanish, “Cosa Rosa!” 🩷🇪🇸

We can’t wait for our guests to experience the food, fun, and impact tomorrow night. See you in Spain! ✈️

Six years.
On October 1, 2020 somebody thought it was a good idea to open an event company.
In 2020.
You all remember 2020… right?

Orchestrated Events, A Vendor Collective is a vendor family that started out helping families celebrate safely… during disease and fear and uncertainty; and in 2026 we’re here CELEBRATING the fact that, apparently, an event company in Valpo WAS a good idea after all!

Thank you to every company that’s tried membership with us, to every client who’s trusted us, to every couple who’s let us hop into their wedding-memory-making, to every non-profit who let us get to fall in love with your cause and your people.

To the members I have now: thank you for sticking it out. Sometimes it’s brutally hard, but it’s also always completely beautiful. I love the fact that these amazing small businesses are part of my tribe.

My Hannah Banana texted me today to show me she was setting up for a friend’s wedding today❤️ Me too, baby! She and Skylar were helping me set tables at weddings when they were little… I love it that we were each doing it today!
