Our second event this weekend was at the gorgeous Marina Shores Yacht Club in Portage. We loved helping Asael’s 80th birthday party come to life and watching his face light up when he walked in the room! His daughter put so much love and thought into every single detail. This was a labor of love and appreciation and we were so thrilled to be part of it!

This weekend brought us two very different events and it took a full team to create two memorable experiences.

We were so honored to help plan a celebration of life for a very special husband, dad, veteran, and grandfather at Theo’s in Highland. While we didn’t have the honor of getting to meet Don, after hearing so many wonderful stories about him, this was very near and dear to our hearts. ❤️

Congratulations to Morrison Construction on their 100 Year Anniversary! Events by JEM was honored to help coordinate this magnificent 460 person gala at Meyer’s Castle in Dyer!
This stunning event was the collaboration of Morrison’s internal committee and a team of top notch vendors.
I’m now an official Mike and Joe groupie. The music was phenomenal and so much fun and they are ultra professional to work with!
Spare Room Studios continues to amaze me with the most creative, breathtaking decor and furnishings. The client said to me many times there’s nothing they can’t do and she is so right!
-In Bloom 219 provided gorgeous florals that received so many compliments.
-Marco Villarreal created the perfect atmosphere with flawless guitar music.
-DJ Rick Webster kept the party going all night! So professional and so much fun.
-Extra Moments Photo Booth in Dyer came through with a last minute 360 Photo Booth that was the breakout hit of the night.
Magnificent Events provided casino fun all night.
Cakes By Karen well you’ll see the pics of that incredible dessert table. And it tasted as good as it looked!
PS. We always say there’s nothing we can’t do here at Events by JEM, but we did not provide the peacock! 😅 He lives at the Castle and everyone was delighted he decided to join us!
