A little brisket and sausage we did for a catering last Friday… 🔥🍖

Just because it was a smaller crowd doesn’t mean we don’t treat it like the big ones. Prime brisket smoked low and slow over oak, jalapeño cheese sausage, and plenty of love put into every bite. We were honored to help feed family and friends during a special time. Thank y’all for trusting LJ’s Backyard BBQ with your table.

We’ll be taking a break from meat orders this weekend as we prepare for a catering event in Wichita Falls on Friday.

What a great start to the week!

We’re proud to announce that both Scivallys Grocery & Market and Hess Meat Market & Grocery are stocked up with all of our sausage varieties, ready for you to take home and enjoy with your family and friends.

Today we also delivered fresh BBQ sandwiches to Myers Market, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the opportunity to partner with another great local business.
