✨️Let’s take a little tour of this board, shall we?✨

We start with creamy brie wedges, classic gouda, and aged satori. Add in prosciutto folds, spicy slices, and of course some salami roses 🌹. Throw in a few more artisan cheeses for good measure 🧀.

Fresh fruit keeps it bright—grapes, berries, kiwi, and golden tomatoes bursting with sweetness 🍇🍓🥝.

For crunch, we’ve got seeded crackers, fruit & nut crisps, and even yogurt pretzels for a sweet surprise 🥨. Don't forget the seasonal veggies 🥒.

No grazing table is complete without extras—pickles, olives, figs, candied nuts, and a touch of dark chocolate 🍫🌰.

Our workshop coming up at Xella Winery and Vineyard features Buratta cheese!

What is Buratta cheese, you say?

Burrata is a mild, semi-soft, fresh cheese with a firm outer layer and creamy, spreadable interior that originated in Southern Italy. Burrata is a ball of fresh mozzarella (made with either water buffalo or cow’s milk) filled with stracciatella, a mix of shredded mozzarella and cream. Soooo good!
