A huge THANK YOU to Kenzi and Dacotah Bank for their generous $500 donation to Summer Nights on Central! We’re so grateful for your unwavering support in creating spaces and experiences where our community can come together and enjoy time with one another! 💙

Give Where We Live is an employee-directed giving program where Dacotah Bank contributes up to $200 toward a recipient or organization in need of the employee's choice. An additional $300 can be donated by the Company to the organization in which the employee is an active board member.

Kenzi Peterson, Market Retail Leader in Valley City, ND, recently presented a check for $500 to Summer Nights on Central. The Summer Nights on Central committee plans a series of community events featuring live music, late night shopping, other activities and food vendors located on Central Avenue in Valley City. They plan four events each summer and wrapped up this summer with their final community event last Thursday.

Summer Vikes on Central 2025 is in the books ❤️💙

It was SO fun to have everyone downtown last night - students, staff, community members, out-of-towners, and K9 companions! Taking a look at some of the photos from last night, our "WHY" is clear. The smiles...people dancing...the community getting together to enjoy time with each other while also welcoming new and returning Vikings to Valley City. We just couldn't be more thankful for our amazing community and a great season of Summer Nights!

We want to extend a heartfelt "Thank you!" to everyone that made this night possible:
- All of the businesses and organizations that joined us downtown to create a space for students to connect with Valley City
- Micaiah's Studio of Ballet for their wonderful band break performance
