🚨 Friendly Booking Reminder from Keal’s Kreations 🚨

I truly appreciate every inquiry and the opportunity to be a part of your special events! 💜

I do want to remind everyone of my booking policy:

If you tell me you will be making your payment on a specific date and that payment is not received on that date, your event date remains available and is not reserved.

Keal’s Kreations operates on a first-come, first-served basis. A paid non-refundable retainer is the only way to secure your event date.

Because I receive inquiries daily, I cannot hold dates without payment or turn away a client who is ready to book and pay their retainer. This ensures fairness for everyone and allows me to run my business efficiently.

This policy is:

📣 A Friendly Reminder from Keal’s Kreations, LLC 💜

When booking your event, please provide your most accurate guest count. The number of guests you provide is the exact number I decorate and prepare inventory for.

If your guest count increases after booking—especially at the last minute—please understand that additional guests require additional décor, rentals, linens, charger plates, centerpieces, glassware, and other inventory.

Any additions will be subject to an additional charge and must be paid in full before the extra inventory is added to your event.

Planning ahead allows me to ensure every guest receives the same beautiful experience while also allowing me to properly prepare for all of my booked events.

💙❤️ It doesn’t take a lot to make the little ones smile… and that’s what it’s all about. ❤️💙

One thing about Keal’s Kreations… when it comes to my team, I’ll always show up.

This weekend I had the opportunity to decorate one of my staff member’s baby boy’s 5th birthday, and his only request was Sonic vs. Shadow. 💙🖤❤️

Sometimes, as decorators, we’re our own biggest critics. I kept thinking, “I wish I could’ve done more.” But the moment Jaxon walked in and gave me the biggest hug, I was reminded that it wasn’t about doing the biggest setup—it was about making his day special.

That hug meant more than he will ever know. 🥹💙

Happy 5th Birthday, Jaxon! I hope your day was filled with love, laughter, and lots of fun! Thank you for letting Keal’s Kreations be a small part of your special day.
