Please remind your guests not to arrive at the venue until approximately 30 minutes before the event start time unless otherwise instructed.

The final stages of setup are often taking place right up until the event begins. During this time, my staff and I are putting on the finishing touches, arranging décor, troubleshooting last-minute details, and ensuring everything is picture-perfect for your special day.

When guests arrive early without prior notice, it can unintentionally slow down the setup process, create safety concerns, and make it difficult for us to complete the event as planned.
