Some of today’s language in the wedding world includes the word presence. But what does presence or being present really mean?
Being present can make all the difference in the life of another. Being present shows love and humbleness. It always requires sacrifice and stepping outside what benefits us and creates space for others to thrive and experience life fully with joy. It’s serving rather than being served.

How does this look on a wedding day?
Its not about doing more, it’s about noticing more. Feeling the day unfold. Pausing to look around, listen, giving your full attention to others and whats happening. Let moments linger. Let hugs last a few seconds longer. Lean into conversations. Not rushing to fill the silence. Taking deep breaths, and slowing down.
