These flowers were amazing! It was so much fun to make all of the arrangements with my sister Dae Dodge. Her wedding was gorgeous!!

I helped my sister Dae with her wedding! It was so amazing. Our brother Jared married her and her husband. My sister Shannon and I were the bridesmaids! The wedding was elegant country cowboy theme. Outdoors in Columbia Montana. Oh my goodness! I love my Family so much!! Creating the floral arrangements from boutonniere to center pieces the venue was immaculate! This joyous occasion led to family fun and sweet cake, dancing, and loving relationships with family and friends!

🌵Hey you! Do you like prickly pear jam? I am selling them for $40 a quart or $20 a pint. I made lemon prickly pear jam, jalapeno prickly pear syrup, and prickly pear barbecue sauce. I decided to try a recipe for chicken dumplings and decided to make cream puffs out of the rest of the dumpling mixture since it was patachoux dough. They came out great as cream puffs and as dumplings inside of chicken soup. I tried to make Swiss meringue and I guess I didn't follow the recipe exactly so the beautiful stiff peak meringue turned into a globby sloppy mess when I added the butter. I guess I wasn't thinking straight when I put the mixture on the double boiler and melt the butter thinking that it would make it easier to whip again. But egg whites do not whip like heavy whipping cream so it became soup. I thought to myself what am I going to do and how am I going to fix this so that I at least have a feeling for these cream puffs. So I added some cinnamon and cornstarch and whipped and whipped and whipped. How about 30 minutes later I had a beautiful pastry cream that had no milk in it but I had a cup and a half of butter instead. The pastry cream was luscious and smooth and had a wonderful flavor that cinnamon roll taste. After it cool down in the fridge I was able to pipe it into the puffed shells and put them in the freezer to Get cold enough to dip in chocolate. After we ate dinner I brought out the puffs and I started dipping them in chocolate and everybody got super excited I ended up putting raspberries on the top to balance the sweet and milk chocolate so that there was a nice fresh element to it. They tasted amazing the texture was great. The pastry could have stayed in the oven maybe two or three more minutes gotten super golden brown. But overall it was a great dessert.

I was able to help decorate and be a vendor for a church Christmas community party. We had about 120 people attend and 10 people planning and coordinating all together.it was fabulous! We all enjoyed each other's talents. They had a slay derby competition, carols, a message of hope, Santa, a Photographer, food, and presents! Wedding MBA was amazing! I enjoyed meeting my David Tutera Mentorship Team. We had so much fun getting to know each other. And hanging out with David Tutera and Joey Toth. I learned so much and made 5 goals to accomplish by the year 2023. David Tutera was an inspiration. I cried so hard he did so good. Here is a clip of his amazing presentation.
