So today was our last event! It’s been a while since i have been to the restaurant being i was at home taking care of my husband!! Now he is gone and i’m super stressed just trying to figure out all that stuff i have to move. when i pulled up to the restaurant today i was sitting in my car waiting for my son and i looked around and thought to myself how much i’m actually going to miss this place!! Sat there crying for about twenty minutes before i could go in! We made so many family memories there!! My sons wedding, my daughters baby showers, baby reveals, but worst of all my babies all had their first birthdays there!! I’m going to miss my customers so much!! I just love talking to everyone when they came in! They treated us like family!! Most of all ( and i’m gonna cry writing this is that i will miss my girls and my staff so much!! I love them girls like they were my own daughters and i’m grateful for everyone of you!!!❤️ So i guess this is goodbye not only to my husband but also the loss of pretty much everything else since all i ever did was work!! Please people when you vote keep in mind that this could be you or your family that the county executive took their lively hood with no care at all!! HE NEEDS TO GO! SO CORRUPT!!!

I'm under immense pressure as I bury my husband of 33 years and navigate the abrupt termination of our restaurant lease in Oneida County, with no justification provided, after 20 years of operation and recently signing a 5-year lease. The County Executive's decision seems arbitrary, especially given the lack of investment in the property. As I prepare to say goodbye to my husband, I'm consumed by the logistics of closing our business, including refunding deposits and canceling events. My children are a source of comfort during this challenging time. We'll close our doors on December 20, 2025, but we're excited to start anew elsewhere. The situation highlights the issues with corrupt politicians.
