Last weekend of the 2024-25 distilling season at Mill St. Distillery! And what a season it was! We distilled enough of our popular 100 proof corn whiskey to last (we hope!) until next season. We’ll bottle most of it as white dog moonshine, but we’ll put some in used bourbon barrels to age and offer as “bourbon barrel aged corn whiskey.” Stop by for a taste if you’re in the neighborhood!
