We’re looking to add a hard working, dedicated member for our new service: Liaison Support. This service is structured to provide morning, afternoon or all-day support options to take the stress off of our clients on their big day.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Assisting with event setup
* Supporting host as needed throughout event
* Managing vendors on the day of event
* Helping maintain the flow of the event and guest experience
* Fill role as main POC for host and vendors and handle all needs and duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be able to lift minimally 25 lbs
* Must be able to stand and work for extended amounts of time
* Weekend availability is a MUST
* Attention to detail
* Positive attitude & team player
* Ability to make decisions and solve problems on the fly with positive outcomes
* Valid drivers license
* Previous event coordination experience/ banquet captain experience preferred
