Hello past and future brides,
We had our first negative review from our past wedding. I want to address some concerns that were shared and how we will address them moving forward. It was noted that several details were missed. I attribute most of these to the missing of the last scheduled meeting by the client, and we agree details were overlooked. A final meeting will be mandatory moving foreward and we will be scheduling these earlier to avoid any scheduling conflicts and allow a buffer if they are missed. It was also noted that the consultant, myself, was on their phone frequently. It’s important to understand client timelines and notes are usually saved on our phones and may be referenced during the event. I will ensure our clients are aware of this moving forward. Additionally, breaks were noted. It may be unknown to most of our followers, but I recently gave birth and took necessary breaks for pumping. I will ensure these breaks are dicussed with the client and all bridal party prior to the event. Please remember, as a coordinator a lot of our work goes unnoticed, and that’s how it should be. We want your wedding, from your point of view to be flawless but that’s rarely the case, and we are problem solving frequently behind the scenes trying very hard to make it unnoticeable to the happy couple.

The feedback received will hopefully help resolve some communication issues from this past event and though negative, we are grateful.
