Love Stories Wanted.
One of my favorite things about The Event Vault is imagining all of the memories that will be made here in the years ahead.
The laughter before a ceremony.
The nervous excitement.
The first dance.
The look two people share when they realize this is the beginning of a new chapter.
As we continue building that story, we’re partnering with Julia Rose Photography for a Wedding Editorial Experience inside The Event Vault, and we’re looking for one couple to be part of it.
Maybe you’ve walked through a difficult season together.
Maybe you never had the opportunity to capture the wedding photos you always wished you had.
Or maybe your story simply deserves to be celebrated.
The selected couple will receive:
✨ Professional photography by Julia Day
✨ Bridal hair and makeup
✨ Floral and wedding-inspired details from participating vendors
✨ Access to their edited images following the session
The session will take place Saturday, July 18 in Downtown Urbana.
Because this is a wedding editorial session, couples should have access to their own wedding attire or formal attire. Wedding gowns, tuxes, military uniforms, vow renewal attire, and other formalwear are all welcome.

Applications must be submitted by June 15 using the form below. We’ll spend the following week reading through your stories and will announce our selected couple by June 20.
