From the 💍 incorporating her Nana's diamond to the 🍷location and everything in between, Kevin put a lot of thought into each detail, crafting the sweetest proposal to Rosalie. After she said yes, they returned to the main building at Sakonnet and were greeted by both of their families to celebrate - another sweet surprise bringing Rosalie to (the happiest) tears. It was truly a special moment to witness.

Also, a special shout out to Carolyn's Sakonnet Vineyard for being so accommodating and helping pull off this surprise!

Yesterday, the world lost a beautiful soul. Since the moment I met her all those years ago, I knew Erika was someone special. Erika loved hard. She loved life, her people, and truly knew how to live in the moment. Her focus was always on making those around her feel important and loved.

After learning of her cancer diagnosis, Erika reached out to schedule this photo session. I have to admit, it was emotionally the hardest photo session I've ever had to prepare for, I wasn't sure what to expect. Then, Erika got out of the truck full of excitement and with the biggest smile on her face, and I just fed off of her energy throughout the afternoon while she played with and loved on her boys. I am so happy we were able to capture these for her family, and feel honored I was the one she entrusted to capture these moments. Throughout the last year, I've been inspired by the strength, courage and resilience she's shown in fighting this battle. Throughout it all, she's maintained a level of positivity and hope when most would crumble. Erika was truly inspiring, and I feel I am a better person for having known her.
