Health papers are going digital! 📲

Heading to the 2026 Middleburg Classic Horse Show? Beginning September 16, all required horse health documents will be submitted through EventPass by EquiTrace.

To help make check-in as quick and easy as possible, exhibitors are encouraged to complete their EventPass before arriving at the showgrounds.

📋 Required documents include:
• Negative Coggins
• Proof of Equine Influenza, EHV-1 & EHV-4 vaccinations
• Health Certificate/CVI for horses coming from outside Virginia

✅ Add your horses using their USEF numbers
✅ Upload all required health documents
✅ Create your EventPass for the Middleburg Classic before you arrive

Approved photographers may capture content for their contracted clients, subject to the show’s photography guidelines.
