W/a dip in temperatures forecast next week, Morso squeaks in a twist on a hearty Italian favorite before the warm weather prevails. Center stage this week is a meal of homemade lasagna roll ups. Pasta cooked to perfection, a generous helping of spinach, a blend of cheeses, & topped w/Morso’s meat sauce. A salad w/homemade dressing is the side. Lisa’s fresh baked dessert concludes the meal.

It's Fat Tuesday! So Morso is celebrating the start off Mardi Gras w/a Cajun kiss... hearty Jambalaya!
This New Orleans favorite is a combination of chicken, sausage, & shrimp in a tomato creole sauce. Served w/cornbread, plus a side salad w/ranch dressing. A confetti cake dessert ends this celebration.
