Pirates Bistro A menu fit for all seven seas is rolling right to you! If gourmet grub on the go is what you've been looking for, then this is the food truck for you.

Pirates Bistro is a gourmet food truck started by Justin Carroll, capable of doing anything from Sushi to Mediterranean. Justin is a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef. He has worked as head chef in such places as Dana Point Yacht Club, the Turnip Rose, and the San Clemente Tennis Club to name a few.

With the holiday coming quickly my Gourmet Chef Justin Carroll is offering slots to reserve a Prime Rib Dinner for you to take home and reheat! Save the time and less clean up! Let me know if anyone is interested and we can get the slots filled. Price per person/family size will vary.

We will also have fresh homemade soups available later this week and next!
