Important Arrival Post! Please Share!

Gates open at 8am on Tuesday. Please do not arrive early as you will be turned away. They have a show at the facility this weekend so we will be setting up Monday.

I will be posting a video of which road and gate to come in to help guide you. We need everyone to come in this way to keep a steady flow of traffic. We all know how it goes when you have trailers going every which way. I have attached an overhead map below to show you what to look for on your gps. Most importantly you want to make sure you come into the arena by turning onto Celebration Drive off of Madison St. there are a ton of side streets around the facility and trust me some of our rigs will have a tough time navigating those!

There will be a check in tent just inside the gates where you will receive your stall and hookup assignments. Please remember if you purchased stalls/hookup from someone else you will need to check under their name.

Most of you requested to be stalled/parked with someone. We have done our best to accommodate you but that doesn’t mean we were able to get everyone’s requests answered. The assignments at arrival are permanent, we cannot move people around without messing up someone else’s requests.

Negative coggins are required for all. Health papers in last 30 days or passports are required for out of state contestants. Per TN State Vet.

We are SO EXCITED to host all of you and we know The facility and its staff are as well! We know that most of you have long travels ahead and who knows how many headaches through the week. We are here to assist you and are happy to do so. We only ask that you please treat our staff with respect. Unruly behavior and/or foul language will not be tolerated directed towards any other contestant or our staff. We are all here to have a good time and we will do everything we can to ensure you have just that! Safe travels, stay tuned for more info and we can’t wait to see you Tuesday!
