Our Story

Naples Lakes Country Club is Arnold Palmer Signature private, gated, member-owned golf course and country club community where membership is included with every home. There is no initiation fee. Annual Club Dues are extremely affordable. Naples Lakes is financially sound with substantial Reserves. It is one of the most upscale member-owned country club communities in the area. The Community is comprised of 731 residences, made up of six Villages of various product designs. There are 19-plex condominiums, 8-plex carriage homes, 4-plex coach homes, and single-family golf villas and estate homes. Naples Lakes is unique in that every residence comes equipped with at least a one-car garage. There are no carports. The four multi-family Villages each have their own Village pool, complete with a spa and picnic area. The two single family Villages have individual pools as well as 2 or 3 car garages. Full ownership in this outstanding 18-hole Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course is included in the price of each property. The course boasts sparkling lakes and a 160-acre nature preserve. Naples Lakes was designed as a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary in 2001 and is one of only 721 golf courses in the world to receive this honor. The course was designed to be challenging and enjoyable for all levels of play – men and women alike. It also offers chipping and practice putting greens, and an aqua driving range. In 2008, a major renovation converted the greens to mini-Verde grass, the latest in golf technology. Something else that makes Naples Lakes unique is the private golf carts are allowed. Paying the annual “Trail Fee” allows members to play golf at no additional charge. The 490-acre community also houses a 24,000 square foot newly renovated Clubhouse which features a formal dining room, private dining(s) and card rooms, informal grille and lounge, outdoor terrace, full service golf shop, state of the art fitness center, men’s and women’s locker rooms and steam rooms. There is a community pool and spa, a Cabana for outside dining and 5 Har-Tru tennis courts. Naples Lakes is located in the thriving area of South Naples – convenient to downtown Naples, Fifth Avenue, the Naples Pier, restaurants and shopping, as well as Naples and Marco Island beaches. Located only 3 miles south of I-75 (exit 101), there is easy access to places such as the Southwest Florida International Airport (30 minutes north) and Fort Lauderdale via the infamous “Alligator Alley” (90 minutes east). Residents of Naples Lakes enjoy the convenience of a private road that provides access to a neighborhood shopping center offering a Publix Super Market, beauty care, restaurants, dry cleaning, etc. Naples Lakes is also within 5 minutes of Physicians Regional, a 104 bed hospital with a separate physician complex, and walk-in clinic. Wal-Mart stores are within 3 miles north and south with major shopping malls just 15 minutes away.
