Naples Lakes Country Club is Arnold Palmer Signature private, gated, member-owned golf course and country club community where membership is included with every home. There is no initiation fee. Annual Club Dues are extremely affordable. Naples Lakes is financially sound with substantial Reserves. It is one of the most upscale member-owned country club communities in the area. The Community is comprised of 731 residences, made up of six Villages of various product designs. There are 19-plex condominiums, 8-plex carriage homes, 4-plex coach homes, and single-family golf villas and estate homes. Naples Lakes is unique in that every residence comes equipped with at least a one-car garage. There are no carports. The four multi-family Villages each have their own Village pool, complete with a spa and picnic area. The two single family Villages have individual pools as well as 2 or 3 car garages. Paying the annual “Trail Fee” allows members to play golf at no additional charge.
