Last week we celebrated a major milestone my mom’s discharge from the ICU at Baptist Hospital after a difficult chapter in her health. At 84 years old, she continues to show us what strength, grace, and resilience truly look like. Her spirit is unshakable, and her recovery is a living testament to God’s mercy and power.
We were blessed to mark this occasion at The Grape Ape, a beautiful restaurant with even more beautiful people behind it. Thank you to our friend DJ Oscar G, his brother Jason, and the amazing server who took care of us with warmth and attention. Your kindness, hospitality, and heart made this celebration unforgettable.
Being surrounded by people who genuinely appreciate me and my family is a gift I do not take for granted. Life’s most meaningful moments are shaped by the people who show up, and last night was a perfect reminder of that. 💜
