At Quickstep Catering, we have taken our personal passions for the world of food, drink, and entertaining, and decided to share that passion with you. Quickstep Catering was established in 2009 to “cater” to the demand for high-quality, intimate culinary experiences at private parties. We focus on providing a highly personal, elegant, and delicious experience for your cocktail parties and receptions, as well as both buffet and seated dinners. Look to Quickstep to serve delicious and refined dishes at your Engagement Party, Bridal Shower, Birthday or Anniversary Party, Holiday Celebration, and Dinner Party. While we are growing our business, we currently focus on providing for receptions up to 75 guests, or seated dinners up to 20 guests. We hope to soon begin a division focused on larger events and weddings, and to include full event-planning services such as flowers, décor, music, and invitations, however our current focus is on providing exceptional food and service for smaller events. Chef Andy Peters’ New American cuisine combines reinvented interpretations of traditional dishes rooted in classical technique, while incorporating the flavors of cuisines from around the world. We offer an exceptional selection of hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, entrées, and desserts, and make use of the best harvests and flavors that each growing season has to offer.
