With the support of my family and years of saving I was able to go to Canada to receive and graduated from the

Best College in the industry. Receiving my Designer Cake Degree was an honor and a blessing. Returning to the States to get Pepsy Cakes Designs running again has been a challenge and a struggle but with the love and support that I have, I feel that it will succeed. All My Cakes, Cupcakes , Fillings & Frosting are made from scratch to fulfill each and every order. Pepsy Cakes Designs has the ability to custom design your cake to meet your expectations. Here for my yearly post. 2025 is about me and ME ONLY.

I have overcome some very hard life cycles. I have tried to help others, but can only help those who want to be helped. So I wash my hands clean.

I raised my kids on my own. Have 2 grown children that will always be my babies.

Cheers to 2025 and to me for jumping over those hard times.
Looking forward to what else I can do for myself. Since I can only count on ME and ME alone will do this year.

Our Story

I specialize in Custom Cakes for all occasions: Birthdays, Baby Showers, Quinceañeras, Wedding and or any Holidays. Due to a difficult pregnancy I enrolled in a short cake decorating class in 1998 that is when I realized that Cake Decorating was something I may Love to do. I enrolled and went to various local classes to learn more and more about the art. With the support of my family and years of saving I was able to go to Canada to receive and graduated from the Best College in the industry (my opinion). Receiving my Designer Cake Degree was an honor and a blessing. Returning to the States to continue my education completing and receiving Honors in Professional Baking and Pastry Chef title.

This is when Pepsy Cakes became Pepsy Cakes Designs where it has been a challenge and a struggle but with the love and support that I have, I feel that it will succeed.

I was an assistant on Cake Wars season 1, episode 1 in 2015.

Returned to the television world in 2019 as a Lead baker for Cake-off on Food Network and WON. All My Cakes, Cupcakes , Fillings & Frosting are made from scratch to fulfill each and every order.
