FIREWORK EXPLOSION VICTIM: This is Ely Smith of Vian, OK. The Spiro native is one of the 3 victims in critical condition after an explosion and fire in Pushmataha CO, OK. The 5 injured were moving fireworks at the Choctaw Nation Capitol Grounds in an advance of a fireworks show when the explosion happened. A family member told me he suffered 3rd degree burns, broke both legs, and suffered numerous other injuries. He and two others were transported by helicopter for treatment. There is a prayer vigil scheduled for tonight at the Landmark Missionary Baptist Church parking lot in Vian at 6pm.Also injured (confirmed so far), Harley Casey, Cash Collins, and Brad Lewallen. These guys need all the prayers, love and support for their recovery and tough road ahead. They were supposed to do the fireworks show for Roland Area Chamber of Commerce for the 2025 Iron Mountain Festival in tonight!The city of Roland has decided to continue on with the event! All the food trucks and vendors are still coming out! We are going to rock this thing out and making it a fundraiser for these guys! Come on out tomorrrow night Rockin' Rackley's Catering will donate 25% of all Sales back to help these guys out! Talk about an exciting weekend 😊 Team Rockin’ Rackley’s headed out to the Steak Cookoff Association’s Stars and Stripes BBQ Fest in beautiful Montrose Colorado.

When the dust settled we were blessed with:

1st 🥇 in Dessert 🍮
6th in Cheeseburger 🍔
12th in Steak A less than a point out of the top 8 🥩
16th in Steak B 🥩 failed miserably lol “user error”

Qualifying us for the 2025 SCA World Championships for a 5th consecutive year!

Congratulations to everyone who heard their numbers called. Thanks Tito and Paul for the help and fun! Let’s do it again!

Thank you to Brett Gallaway and the SCA for an awesome event!
