If a dessert sounds fancy but only needs a blender and three ingredients, I’m all in. These chocolate pots de crème are rich, cozy, and made with things you already have in your kitchen. Recipe below!
Chocolate Pots de Crème
Serves 6
Ingredients
• 1 cup (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
• 2 large eggs
• ⅔ cup light cream, heated just to boiling
Directions
1. Add the chocolate chips, eggs, and hot cream to a blender.
2. Blend on high for about 3 minutes, until smooth and fully melted.
3. Pour into small cups or ramekins.
4. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
