Kicking off my favorite season (again!) with one of the most stunning stationery suites I’ve ever had the joy of styling from . ⁠
⁠
I actually styled this suite twice: once on the day of the editorial, and again the following day. Time was tight during the shoot itself, and with all of the thoughtful details Mikayla poured into her design, I wanted to be just as intentional in how I photographed it.⁠
⁠
On day one, I leaned into the symbolism and mysticism woven throughout the shoot: lilies representing purity, skulls as a nod to mortality, and gilded touches inspired by Dutch Golden Age still-life paintings.⁠
⁠
On day two, I embraced a “more is more” approach, layering in every single element from across the shoot: pieces from the tablescape, details from the models, and so much more. It turned into a beautiful little game of I-Spy, the kind where you can linger and keep discovering new treasures each time you look.⁠

No room for unfortunates here, only soulmates and wedding-day swooners. I absolutely adore couples who are as in love with the little details as I am - those who get lost in all calls and messages, perfecting every part of their big day. The ones who share every tiny exciting detail, from the perfect stationery sneak peek to the “omfg I’ve found THEE dress!” moment. Honestly, it makes me do a little happy dance in my office (pants occasionally stay on, but no promises).

It feels weird posting anything pretty and aesthetic right now, but then I realized how important my job is. ⁠

Take a moment to look, really look, at each of these images. Don’t they tug at your heartstrings? From the toothy giggle of her son to the tears in her maid of honor’s eyes when she revealed her whole look, and the proud smile of her mom. ⁠

These are the scenes that make me glow, the ones that I know will end up on the walls, fridges, or photo album of my dear couples. The day may be long over, but the feelings of the day will be forever encapsulated in your photos 💚

Although an unfortunate rainstorm may have changed the scenery for Ashlie & William’s wedding at , one thing that didn’t change was the utter romanticism of the setting for their reception.

Ashlie was the most hands-on Bride I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, and I love how detail-oriented she was. Girl even brought some incredible styling items for her flatlay!

It’s no surprise that even though her wedding ended, we have remained fast friends ever since 💚

Some of these are technically end of the spring time but felt like summer and I’m including them in my summer roundup anyway because they make me happy!

Though it was a quieter summer this year, it was so so lovely spending time with my favorite people both old and new in beautiful places 💚

Thankful for this season and looking forward to my favorite season starting tomorrow! 🍂

When Pride and Prejudice meets Star Wars ✨

I had the BEST time with .marie1 and Clayton in one of my absolute favorite locations in all of Washington State. We initially planned on hiking to some dunes, but due to the crazy heat wave that happened on us, we swapped to a location that didn’t have us hiking in 95+ degree weather.

What I love so much about my job is getting to see how much couples adore each other and it was so evident that Alaina and Clayton were truly smitten with each other. The photo of him looking at her with a sparkle in his eye while dancing? That’s what love is and I couldn’t be happier for these two! 💚

This editorial feels like the perfect send off for August; full of all my favorite shades of warm green and golden light. Forever thankful to , who weathered so many reschedules and replans, and brought her beautiful soul in front of my lens 💚

I absolutely LOVED this champagne seating chart that created for Lana and John with a homage to how they met on Bumble. The golden hue of the backdrop reminded me of honey, too!
