🎭 Training: More Than Just Dress-Up
While most of our cast is made up of individuals with extensive performing arts backgrounds, including dance and theater, we spend intentional time with performers to train in the speech and mannerisms of the characters they will be portraying so that instead of simply "playing" the character, they are fully embodying them and bringing them to life! Each character has a different way of walking, posing for photos, and even using body language in different ways when sharing stories with guests- we review all of this in our cast training, because a real princess doesn't just stop at a girl in a big dress.

🩷- We hire performers with passion- A passion for creating magic for others. When a performer steps through the doors of your castle, their focus is making sure the experience is memorable for all of your guests. But afterwards, our performers often reflect on their experience with joy that they played a part in creating such magical memories. For us, it's such a fulfilling and rewarding feeling being a professional real life princess.

Not familiar with the term? Ghosting is when someone stops responding without notice—no message, no update, no explanation. And in our world of magical moments and detailed planning, ghosting can really cause a ripple.

✔️Here’s what happens when you submit a character appearance inquiry:
✨We check in with our cast to confirm availability—often performers and attendants rearrange personal schedules around your requested date.
✨We tentatively hold your time slot, pausing responses to other inquiries to give you priority.
✨We create a personalized booking proposal just for you with everything you need to complete your booking with us.

That’s time, effort, and planning—all before the booking is finalized.

We absolutely understand if plans change! All we ask is a quick message letting us know. A simple “Thanks for the info, but we’ve decided to go in a different direction” or “No thank you, we have changed our minds” helps us release your date/time to other families looking to book, halt all automated follow-up emails our system will send, and free up our cast for other magical moments.
