1- All the information you need about our services can be found on our website, from package options and available characters to party activities and more! Take a moment to review what may be applicable to your inquiry.

2- Submit a Character Appearance Inquiry form on the 'Contact' page of our website with the details of your celebration such as date, timeframe, location, interested character(s), etc. With this information, we connect with our cast members to make sure we're available.

3- Once we've confrimed that we're available to accept your booking, we'll send a proposal with our appearance waiver and invoice for you to review, sign, submit your deposit, and book with us!
