Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts For over 100 years the BCPA has been the cornerstone for arts & entertainment for Bloomington-Normal and all of Central Illinois.

The venue brings you close to the show with its intimate setting and top level productions. The Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts (BCPA) is located in the City’s downtown and is a platform for performing arts and entertainment in the community. With a 1,200-seat auditorium and an 11,000 square foot ballroom, the recently-restored, historic 1920 theater welcomes more than 50 touring artist

s annually and is also home to many area performing arts ensembles. The center also features an outdoor summer concert stage and is in the process of developing a community arts education facility, the Creativity Center.
