there are a few things that we've found to be incredibly important factors as our couples plan their weddings. now, these aren't to be confused with prioritizing vendors - that is a whole other can of worms. these are things to consider more for the sake of timeline creation. let us give some examples:
if quality time with each other is your priority, we'll add buffers throughout the day to slip away from the crowd and enjoy moments together as newlyweds.
if spending time with friends/family is more important to you, we'll work in fun interactions - table touches, photos with each guest, special dances, etc.
more focused on your guests' experience? no problem! maybe we'd add a special welcome drink, live entertainment, a late night snack, or a unique touch to make each guest feel like they were specially picked to be at your wedding - they were, after all!
is the design factor more your speed? if that's the case, we'll be sure to dedicate extra time/staffing to ensure that everything is set up exactly to your liking.
and smooth transitions... well, that's something we incorporate into every wedding anyway, but we'll often put extra emphasis on managing the flow of the night, adding in extra buffers in case things fall behind so there's no rushing.
what is/was YOUR priority as you plan(ned) your wedding? let us know in the comments!
