We were started as a way to bring the local community together and raise awareness for the Rodeo and its events. Our events normally start a week to two weeks in advance of the Rodeo. The Western Days events include our annual Barbecue Cook-off and Saturday night Street Dance.Western Days committee members also voulenteer at all rodeo events by selling tickets, selling beverages, and selling progr
ams just to name a few. The Barbecue Cook-off is fairly new but is growing each year, while the Street Dance has been an annual event for years as a way for Northwest Arkansas residents to bring out their children for pony and stagecoach rides as well as live music.
